The First Most Essential Key……. GET SOME SLEEP!!!
Get good at saying no to the night sesh and yes to the day sesh only.
What To Drink:
Avoid beer at all costs
Straight, with water or mineral water, Gin, Vodka, Tequila or Red Wine with lemon, cucumber, celery, lime and pineapple
DO NOT MIX WITH JUICES OR SODA
Food To Avoid:
High on omega 6 foods (omega 6 increase damage to cells with alcohol)
High fat meats and poultry especially chicken skin (KFC)
Soy, Corn, Sunflower Oil, Vegetable Oil, Nuts and Seeds

Salmon
Greek yoghurt
Bone broth
Berries
Asparagus
Grapefruit
